This is a brilliant dish for lunchtime - so quick to make and portable!
2 sticks of celery
1 apple
6 walnut halves (HexB)
VFF plain cottage cheese
Chop up your apple, celery and walnuts and mix with a small tub of plain cottage cheese.
It is suprisingly filling - no need for ryvita etc to go along with it - and as cottage cheese is a super free food its free on Green, Red or Extra Easy days!!
