scan bran???

hi
im working in italy at the moment and have decided to start again with the slimming world diet using my old books. i've seen lots of recipes on here and wanted to know what scan bran is? can albran be used instead?

All Bran works in a similar way to scan bran when used in a cake yeah. I've made an all bran microwave cake before and it was quite similar.
