tday so far going ok,been tired for one thing couldnt sleep sogotup & online till2am,its milfuneralat crem tomoz so trying 2 keep busy after brekkie had special k and abanana and acuppa thenwent 4 walk down river wiv my dogwas out our so good activity points gotback done house work sat ingarden withit beennice had a ham saladfor lunch& glugging thewater just going forawalk again as dai doesnt do her bizin garden:chores016:been munching on grapes 2ITS TOM So trying 2 not ave choc beencraving it all day
