Hello

I'm new here ! I started SW back in Jan and lost 17lbs in 3 months but fell off the wagon. I started back 4 weeks ago and have lost of 7lbs I put on when I fell from the wagon!

Anyway, going to my friends tonight (also a SW member) and need to take some tea - both on a green day - inspire me please - and nothing too time consuming if poss!

thanking you in advance of your many wonderful replies.

I love cheese, onion and potato pie on a green day.

Just boil potatoes and onions together until soft, drain and mash, empty tinned baked beans or tinnde tomatoes into a casserole dish, put mash on top and sprinkle grated cheese (from allowance) over..whack in hot oven until cheese has melted and crispy...delicious!

Or, you could go for a smash pizza.
Make smash with just boiled water until firm. Spread on a tray sprayed with frylight. Bake in oven on really high heat until crisp, turning half way through.
Top with passata mixed with crushed garlic and dried herbs (for sauce), sprinkle over: sweetcorn, onions, peppers, mushrooms and grated cheese from allowance...put back in oven again until cheese has melted.

An easy green day recipe that I enjoy is baked bean and quorn sausage pasta bake- fry up some onions, sweetcorn, peas and chopped quorn sausage. Add cooked pasta and a tin of tomatoes and herbs. Top with sliced potato and cover with Instant cheese sauce Mix (the morrisons one is 3 syns per half the packet) and HE of cheese if you have it available.

Another is Batchelors Mild Cheese & Broccoli pasta and sauce mixed with added broccoli and topped with mashed potato and cheese.

Cook a packet of savoury rice then add to it a tin of asda chickpea dahl. Mix in sweetcorn, peas and tomatoes (or anything you like really) and serve. It is really easy and yummy
