This time is different...

Hello! I've popped over from the LL board. I've fairly much decided to go my own way (after only 2 days on LL - shockingly bad!). The only thing I can say for certain so far is that after yo-yoing my way through the last 17 years, trying every diet under the sun, reaching goal a total of four times, and missing it many many times more, THIS TIME IS DIFFERENT. The only thing that's going to make this time different is me. I'm going to succeed and I'm going to keep the weight off. I may not be sure what diet I'm doing, but there's only one path I'm following - the one to a size 12.

So I'm going to post on here to keep myself on track, hopefully get some support, and above all, record my final weightloss journey.

As I said, I've just thrown the LL towel in, for a number of reasons (you really want a low down? Visit my very short diary on the LL forum). I wasn't particularly hungry, and I do want to lose the weight fast, but it just didn't feel right this time (I've done LL twice before). This time I want to go it alone (not without friends and support, but do it my way).

So basically I started on Monday and stuck to LL (with the addition of a little broccoli "by accident"!)- about 560kcal. No real exercise, just some gentle walking.

Today I had
B: 1 LL pack
L: crudites (carrot, cauliflower, cucumber)
D: Steamed trout fillet, carrots, cauliflower
S: Soya latte
S: Total 0% yoghurt and 2 handfuls of blueberries

Calories: around 630

I don't think I'm actually going to continue calorie counting, I'm not sure what I'm going to do but I am going to plan my eating first thing and keep a record of it. And I won't keep eating such a low calorie diet because I want to start running again (just 30 min every weekday to start with).

Wish me luck! And thank you for reading!
