Hi Everyone

Hope you are all doing well!!!!

Well, my 18 day marathon holiday is well and truly over and I start back to work tomorrow :-(

Had a great holiday and I will be doing 2 shakes/1 meal until Monday when I get to the pharmacy for my shakes and will start straight back onto TFR.

I havent had an official WI (Monday now), but I weighed myself late on this afternoon to check..thought it would be best to do it then rather than in the morning and I have put on 4.4lbs...which I was amazed at. I was actually very good on holiday but the last 3 days were hard as had lots of meals out with family, etc, plus I ate bread whereas for the first 14 days didnt touch much bread.

So, I reckon I should lose this or most of it by Monday.

I will be changing my goal now from 10stone to 9stone and aim to do this by end of October. So, got plenty of time to do this I reckon, but if it takes longer, fine.

I am looking forward to my choc shake tomorrow for brekkie..really missed it!!!!!

I am trying to read all the posts since I went on hols, but impossible...so, I will try and catch up as much as possible.

Good to be back though!! Missed the forum.

Take care and look forward to catching up with old and new members.

All that fun and you only put on a little :)

We are still here losing the pounds and feeling better. There are alot of new dieters and the crowd is very nice.

great to see you back, glad you had a good holiday and congrats on just a few pounds, you must have been good with the swimming etc.
Hope the weather isn't too miserable there on your return. All the best for first day back tomorrow.

Welcome back - not a bad gain considering all that lovely turkish bread/baklava etc was there to tempt you :D
 
Welcome back ScotsMist! It's great to see you back, I've missed reading your posts.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your holiday and came back to only a little gain considering you were away for 18 days and were not surrounded by your home comforts. It's so easy to get carried away when let loose, so it's great that you have such self control.

Thanks for your lovely comments everyone...weighed myself this morning...I know, I have advocated from day 1 not to weight constantly, but yesterday I just knew i had to after flying....but jumped on today to get a more accurate read and down 1/2 kg, so certainly not as bad as I had thought....

My DH is puzzled though cause he didnt think I ate that much at all, and shouldnt have put weight on, but then again, i havent eaten for weeks and then refed...and my body puts on weight so quickly....

I was good on holiday, but it just highlights again that I will always have to be so careful with my eating and weight.

So, Day 1 on 2 shakes/1 meal has been fine. I am having second thoughts about TFR fully as I feel I need to relearn about good healthy eating...I will make my decision on Monday, but I have a feeling I will chop and change my mind all weekend though...but I know I will make the right decision.

Will keep you all posted!

Welcome back Scotsmist - that gain isnt much at all and you enjoyed your well deserved holiday too! Like me youre re-thinking goal - go for it hun! x
