Couscous

Sorry if this has already been done, but I can't find what I'm looking for.
Can you tell me the syn values for the flavoured packets of couscous?
I usually buy Morrison's own or Ainsley Harriot.
Are there any brands which are syn free??

I did an advanced search for 'cous' and looked in the syn value bit only.

This is what I came up with:

Ainsley Harriott Spice Sensation Couscous, excluding oil and butter. Dried 100g cooked is 0.5 on green and 6.5 on red.
