Very confused!

Hello, this is my first time posting on here after reading through some of your amazing stories and ideas - i joined SW about 8 weeks ago - iv lost 9lbs so far, only need to lose another 12lbs til im at target :-D. Just wondering if someone can help me with a quick question, I went on the syns online section of the website and for example - it says Heinz Mean Beans are free - but next to it, it says 100gms whereas they come in tins of 400gs, does this mean u can only have 100gms free? If so how do u figure out the syns for the rest of the tin? I hope this makes sense as I know i havent written it out very well :sigh:.

It only says per 100g so you can check the syn value of red days too. If it's free for 100g then it's free for 1000g too!

Ahhh thank you so much for that, i shall go to tesco's and get some! Was just surprised to see they were free as the mexican style mean beans look lovely and although sum of the flavours have syns this one doesnt seem to - thanks so much for tht :-D
