How much Water?

On another CD forum someone advised that drinking too much water over the 4pts allowed would stop weight loss, I am very thirsty and would be able to get a lot more down than that! I don't want to feel hungry AND thirsty :cry: , any body got any other comments on this,

That's the first I've heard of that!!

I think the general rule is :

The More you Drink, The More you Shrink!

If you are thirsty then you need more liquid! I drink around 4 litres and thath's nothing compared to some and they are losing well.

I'm only at week two so by no means a voice of wisdom - but there a loads on here who'll confirm I'm sure.

I would say 4 litres is perfect for girls on the diet.

Don't go above 8 litres as it can be dangerous but it is true that the more you drink, the quicker you shrink!

i drink 6L and always feel i want more but was worried incase it was too much.
 
I drink on average 5lts everyday and it hasnt slowed me down, its best spread over the whole day rather than a load at once.
 
Hiya - I drink around 4litres per day.....and losses are fine !

Thanks everyone! I want this to work SO bad, its great seeing all your successful weight losses but I think I am starving lol !
 
its goes hun. I'm on day 13 and sometimes forget i haven't had a pack.
