Arrrgh

My CDC!!
I feel he doesnt support me I have been off plan for the past week or so and have just emailed him a long email telling him how I feel etc and I just know he will just reply saying ok or something to that effect :cry::sigh: I know he cant physically make me get back on plan but I just need some support or counselling from him. I travel an hour to get to him and yes im always late....I take the bus and have a toddler!! I feel he's fed up of me lol.
He is apparently the closest one to me, I want to change and get a different CDC preferably a female one (no offence men ) Sorry for the rant!

I hope he doesnt use this forum

Bless you Yvonne, I hope your CDC comes up with some good advice for you. Sounds like he's a man of few words

Contact Cambridge direct and ask them if there are any local CDC's to you rather than use the website

Thats how I found him, by contacting them direct!!
He hasnt even emailed me back

Ahh that's answered my question from the other thread . I would suggest going to the website and seeing the list of counsellers around your area, see if theres one who seems a bit more into it, maybe someone who went through cd themselves.

I have contacted them all some didnt even get back to me and the others were charging extortionate prices!! I am hopefully changing my CDC soon yay.

Im excited, now how to tell my former CDC?? Im just going to tell him im stopping CD altogether...oh im no good at things like this!! Yay no more travelling on a Wednesday morning for an hour
