Off topic but regarding bank charges!!

Hi, just wondering if anyone has challenged ther bank over the bank charges for going overdrawn etc? Just found a page on aol telling you how to go about doing it and just wondered if anyones had any experience of it. Sarahxx.

I know of many people on different forums that have got them back, moneysavingexpert.com is a great site, it has examples of letters to send as well.
