Hi Everyone,

I am preparing to come back to SW really soon.

Can anyone remind what syn free foods we are allowed - additional to the book.

Muller lights - all fruits flavours
Pasta n sauce - all flavours?
Batchelors rices - all flavours?
low fat super noodles - all flavours?
