Hunger in AAM week?

anyone else experience feelings of hunger (physical not psychological!) weakness, moodiness and lightheadedness during AAM week?

it feels a bit like when you first start CD...i have checked and i am still in ketosis. i have been having my usual 4 litres of water and sticking precisely to the portion sizes. i don't have anything extra that might affect me like coke zero etc. is it my metabolism kicking in? or is it nearly TOTM?

any advice would be most welcome!

thanks :)

I started aam last friday. I've felt fine, in fact I'm really enjoying it and a bit sad to think next week back to just the shakes again. I've checked my ketosis too, and have stayed in it (I worried about that too).

I hope you feel better soon.

I felt a bit funny in the first 2 days but then my body got used to it and I was back to normal. does sound though that if its really bad then totm might be on the way. just remember that aam will help us at the end and that's what matters. hope it gets better

thanks to you both, let's hope that it is just totm as i have really enjoyed the meals too. never did i think i would so look forward to a minute portion of steamed chicken and cabbage!!
