and it's more great news. 54lbs gone in just 8 weeks, that's almost 4 stone, I can't believe it.

I have come down from a size 30 trousers to a 20 (that was an amazing shock on Saturday) and I have so much energy.

I still have a long way to go, but with 1/3 done I know I can get there.

anyone who's struggling, stick with it because it's so worth it!!

Oh that's absolutely fantastic!!

You must be feeling on top of the world. What a difference dropping from a 30 to a 20 - you must have nothing to wear!!

Well done - you're a real inspiration!

Thats a fantastic result Emma, you must be well chuffed with the drop in sizes as well!! I can see the 16's appearing very soon at this rate!! Sarahxx.

What fantastic results you have had in just 8 weeks, you must be walking taller, to drop a incredible 10 sizes is just amazing.
