Ok - Been having a wee look around the forum for the last few days and thought it was about time i introduced myself. I'm 38 and my weight has been gradually going up and up over the past year or so.. was doing ww for a wee while which was working but kind of lost my mojo for it. Joined a gym a few weeks ago which i have been loving but of course got into the mentality of "well, i've been to the gym so therefore that cancels out every calorie i have ever eaten and i can just eat what i want" -oops! So although feeling better, weight is still not coming down. Anyway got my head together last weekend and got back into the way of writing everything down - so far so good - here's hoping for a loss this week.
