Here's hoping
I know it's raining and all autumnal but I'm so cold it's ridiculous :confused:

I've had a hot bath and am wearing two pairs of trackies, two pairs of socks and my big knee high furry slippers... I've got on a t-shirt, a jumper, a hooded sweatshirt and am in front of the fire with a blanket round me and a cup of hot peppermint tea and STILL I'm shivering.

Sheesh..... it's awful and I just can't get warm. Too wet to go out but tried walking up and down the stairs to warm me up- all to no avail.

What the heck is wrong with me? I don't feel poorly whatsoever...but can hardly feel my hands and feet. :(

Just wondered if it's a side effect and if so...1) does it pass as I get further into LT? and 2) any tips for dealing with it other than the obvious?

I did CD a couple of years ago Jan-March and was freeeeeeeezing all the time

i'm afraid in my experience it stays with you. i am bloody freezing :( and have the worst cold i've had in years.

boo hoo hoo:cry:not looking forward to the drive home (120 miles from work to home!!) but can't WAIT to get in the house tonight :D the weekend feels very well-deserved!!!
 
Yep - its one of the affects of the diet! Tis worth it though :)

Im dreading this feeling again but know i will be thankfull for it by xmas! hahaa

Hey, you have painted a nice picture to me! Baths, fire, Blankets... i hope you warm up, you look like hot stuff in your pic so im sure you wont be cold for long! lol

Oh, i cant wait to get home and get all cosy tonight, BB final.... :)

Ack, yes, I am SO SO SO cold!!! It's horrible, am very much looking forward to being warm again, but, it's totally worth it, isn't it?

Yep me too I am frozen.
 
Me too, have the electric heater on all day under my desk in work...lol can only warm up in the bath x
