Just a little money-saving idea... I've been using 42g All Bran (or a supermarket own brand version) instead of Scan Bran to make my cakes lately, and it's just the job!
Made a chocolate one today (from a recipe on here) using cocoa powder, rather than my normal options hot choc powder and it was DELISH!
