Ketostix - what colour?

Sez

has started again!!
I seem to vary in colour. Does darker mean more ketones and more fat burning? Or does the colour just indicate how much we are drinking to flush through?

I tested today and it seemed very pale, and I promise no cheating! I am now worried if I am goig to lose this week. I think a low weight loss would push me over the edge back into food-dom.:break_diet::help2:

If the stick shows a dark pink it usually means you are not drinking enough water. Hence the concentration of ketones which is not good.

The lightest pink is the one to aim for. Sometimes in the morning the first one would be quite dark as you have not been drinking water through the night.

Hope this helps
Pam
