Question: How does the TOTM effect your weight?

I am curious to see if anyone holds water like I do when they have their TOTM. I feel bloated as got mine today. Thought my weight loss would have been more. (2.8 pounds). x

I found that my weight stayed the same from 4 days before I was due on.

Does everyone have the same thing happen to them, or do some of us hold on to water more than others? x

Everyone's different to be fair - my body is terrible for holding on to water! Some people lost 3-5 lbs per week consistently, my losses were always in the region of 1-3 lbs, except the occasional 4lbs on a rare occasion when the body would let go of some excess water!

So be patient. The end will come. After all ... where is the rush?
