:cry:HI all long time no see (sort of)

Bigmuthabluffa is back online, I am struggling with the idea of doing LT again.

I am back up to 13st and I am really struggling to not gain and can not seem to lose, the bottom line, no matter how much I tell myself I am happy how I am, I know I am not comfortable. I have had to get my larger jeams out of the cupboard and my bra's are killing my back as they are too tight.

My problem is I don't want to rely on LT for the rest of my life to keep myself in check, I don't understand why I can't keep in check by myself, is there something wrong with me or my brain? or both?

I know what I should and shouldn't eat, but I am so addicted to the wrong food and not because I like the taste, I can now see very clearly, that it is how it makes me feel.

I have had major stress and this when I use food as my 'crack/weed'. I also know my hubby will not be overjoyed at the thought of me doing this again. And i don't want anymore agro between , then saying that he asked me yesterday how my weight was going, which is not easy for him because it is a sore subject at the best of times.(Brave Man)

Am I wrong to go back a step? Can I do LT for Breakfast and Lunch and have a TFR dinner?

I appreciate any help, and so sorry this was so long.

:sigh::eek:

Hi there,

Why don't you consider trying something different this time? I think 2 shakes and a healthy low carb . low gi meal in the evening would be a good idea.

If you feel stressed about going on LT again, then you might be best to do something that you won't be afraid of coming off.

You could try something like jason vales 7 pounds in 7 days (i bought the book last week it looks really good.)

You make juice for 1 week, then in the weeks following you add evening meal and a lunch etc.

If making juices is too difficult for you, then just have 2 shakes for break fast or lunch.

The lipotrim maintenance bars are yummy, im not keen on their shakes, Maybe try cambridge diet, as they have different plans that include food?

Good luck! :)

hi hun,
as future said abovei woulf try something different this time as you prob no lt is an all or nothing diet and it is hard enough doing it when your psyched let alone when your dreading doing it,,
my chemist has lent me a book called the montignac diet...eat for pleasure-stay slim forever. its all about losing weight doing a low carb diet and then maintaining it afterwards.. im only just at the beginning but its opened my eyes already, im definately thinking of doing this when i finish lt.. hope you find comfort in whatever you decide hun xx gl xx
