i found a packet of bulgar wheat in the cupboard earlier, and looked it up-seems its free on green, and so i guess on extra easy too.
so, does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do with it-polite answers only please!!

lovley with chopped up roasted vegetables either hot or cold. Make up a Tabouleh salad, a middle Eastern dish with spices & lots of different vegetables xxx

I love tabbouleh add lime or lemon juice, finely chopped mint, black pepper, spices etc lovely x

its really good to bulk out salads instead of using couscous I love it with chopped up cherry toms, cucumber, carrot, spring onion, peppers and lots of spices to flavour
