Hello siobank welcome to the forums 
A very simple rule to follow when taking Xencial is dont eat more than 5g of fat per 100g of product. And done take more than 15g of fat per meal. Get plenty of excerise and drink lots of water! Xencial usally takes 4-7 days i believeto start to get into your system so be patient. If you need anymore help or just want to chat just post on the forums. We are all nice people!
