Ate one today - no idea how many syns or even what they're called to look them up.
Double biscuit sandwiched together with jam and some cream stuff.

However many syns it was it'll be too many - it wasn't too nice. Bet I'd have been better with a chocolate options and a banana!

Oh well - tomorrow's another day eh!

If anyone knows how many syns I'd be very grateful. Ta.

Just found them - They're 'Happy Face' biscuits by Jacobs and .........

......... 4 syns each!!!! Lucky I did only have one!

Not 4 syns kind of yummy. Don't remember much about eating it. One minute it was on the plate and then I kind of breathed it in. No conscious effort required! Luckily I'm on playduty tomorrow well away from the naughty snacks - plus my TA'll be there to keep me on the straight and narrow.

my son loves them in fact just been to tescos for some. Luckily he usually demolishes them
