Rosemary Conley vs Weight Watchers

Cheekypasterfield

Rather comfy here
Hi

I am currently losing weight and have been using WW points but following RC Hip & Thigh diet. I have only been doing this cos I hate counting calories but I feel like I am on two diets and want to follow one plan.

But my dielma is which one??? RC is better cos you do follow a healthy plan but does mean counting calories and isnt very eating out friendly.

Whilst WW makes eating out easy but doesnt really help with healthy eating.

I would really appricate peoples views on both sides so I can decided what I am doing once and for all :)

Hi,

I think what you will find is the WW dieters will recommend WW and the RC dieters will recommend RC!!! I found it hard on WW not knowing the points value of absolutely everything!!

I have done both and failed on WW so therefore after losing almost 7stone recommend RC. Exercise is included in the class for the same price and you now get portion pots to help control your portion sizes (so less weighing).

Good luck on whichever diet you choose.

Rosemary Conoly because it encourages you to exercise XXX and its better to be healthy than just thin .

Not just that, but exercise is what helps your skin to shrink back if you have a lot of weight to lose and don't want saggy skin! RC taught me that lol.

I agree with the above, WW followers will say why that is good, SWers will say why they prefer that plan etc. Having done all three at some point in the past few years, I definitely prefer RC as it's taught me portion control (over eating was a big problem for me - SW let me each as much of certain foods as I liked so didn't teach me this) and exercise which is vital for weight loss success and keeping it off. WW personally I found annoying working out the points of food that weren't on my lists, whereas calories and fat content needed for RC are on 99% of foods these days. Having never done RC before as I was put off by the calorie counting, I love my new-found confidence in losing weight. RC is not as hard as it sounds!

Good luck with your plan and your decision!

I could not agree with this more. I have been on SW and WW in the past and I wanted a change. Tried rosy c and it is mot as hard as it sounds. There are loads of calorie counting sites out there to help with eating out too.
