Starting Tuesday!

Hi Everyone, I am seeing a councellor tonight for the first time. I have been dieting for over 30 years and still fat :cry: !
I have thought about Cambridge a few times over the years but have always been put off by scare stories in the diet magazines etc. I have to lose 5 stones so
I was so pleased to find this site by accident . I have read quite a lot about it from your posts and decided if it works for so many of you it can't be all bad, I have cut right down on the carbs for a few days to prepare as the lady suggested and hope you will help me out occasionally, as I am sure to need some advice,

Good luck Linda, it is a fab diet and dont worry about the stories, some people sail through with no problems at all and if there are any probs there not serious and most of the time are solved by drinking more water!! You will love the results!! Sarahxx.

Hi Linda, I think you've made a good choice. I've also been dieting for 20 years and only succeeded in putting weight on. I've now lost more than 2 stone in 8 weeks with CD and I'm so pleased because this is the 1st diet I've ever stuck to. I KNOW I will get to target even though I still have a long way to go. I know you will do it too.

Good luck with your 1st meeting. You will do fab on this diet and before you know it you will be well on your way to loosing that 5st. In just 10 weeks I have taken off 2st 12, it just feels incredible and you can do it too.

Dont forget to post on here your loses and if you have any questions. The 1st week is usually the worse so just keep yourself busy and itll be gone before you know it
