Anyone know where i can get a decently up to date food directory. They are on Ebay but seem quite expensive. How much are they in class? Is it possible to get one without going to class

Don't pay the overinflated prices on Ebay. You can buy books directly from Slimming World for the same price as class members plus P&P. Just call the Book Enquiry Line on 0844 892 0404. If I remember rightly it's £9.50 total including postage.

Have you tried Amazon? You can get some used books there which are always in good condition. X
