Help, im going to be making cod fillets with lemon, garlic and chilli, i was wondering does anyone know would I be better off using flour or breadcrumbs to coat the fish?
 
I wouldn't use any - i would just marinate the fish in the other ingredients and then bake it. Often do this with all types of fish. Less syns this way.

Plain flour 1 level Tbsp = 3.5 syns
Breadcrumbs 28g = 5 syns
 
You could use breadcrumbs and count them as a HEXB.

I don't eat fish though so I can't give any further advice!
