I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find an answer searching in the old posts.
Is there any guidance on how much water flavouring we can use per day? If nothing official, does anyone find that it affects their loss if they have more than a certain amount per day?
I was never bothered about the flavouring until recently but now I've developed a taste for it
