Shall I drop a few calories?

Hiya

I went upto 1000 last week after needing to be on anti-bs.My CDC is coming Wednesday and am wondering weather to drop down to 790 today as I feel 100% better and am no longer taking the tablets and hope I can go back to SS after Wednesday
