Need something savoury and crunchy NOW !

Ok you guys,
tell me all your ideas for a snack which is both crunchy (as in crisps/ biscuits) that is also savoury and very low in Syns. It was at times like this that I made Dorito crisps or microwave crisps but now they are syned I am stuck ! Please help feed this monster inside me lol xx
 
thats what i've just been looking for I settled for Ansleys couccous as I's nice and low in syns
 
I normally have an alpen bar and yoghurt for a granola effect and also because its filling, esp if you add fruit! Or some low syns crisps like asda cheese curls (3.5) or skips/french fries (4.5) ... I have had some homemade potato crisps and it didn't affect my weight loss so though they may be syned now I wouldn't not have them for the odd treat. If they affected my weight loss I would obviously feel different though :p

If you have a HEB for bread then crunchy toast is a winner too :)
 
I would make pasta 'twiglets' (pasta twists with marmite baked in the oven). I personally would still eat them if you had the munchies bad and were afraid it would lead to eating a load of crap!

They are syned now.. How?? They are just pasta or potatos.
 
Real Foods Corn Thins - they come in plain, sesame, wholegrain and lemon/black pepper (don't like that one). My favourite is sesame.

They are the same size as rice cakes but much nicer.

You can have five of them as a B choice healthy extra, or they are one syn each.

Waitrose does all the flavours - I have only seen the plain ones in Tesco.
 
I love the fin crisps.

The leader told us at class re the pasta doritos and micro potato crisps they are classed as a snack so not a meal food and have to be syned now as you would need to eat heaps to fill you.

I much on a raw carrot if I want something savoury as a pose to fruit.
 
Oatbakes are scrummy. Like little biscuits. 28gms is one HEb.
 
Or if I haven't had my HEB I'll sit with a dry bowl of weetabix crunchy bran.
