I've heard its very expensive and restrictive, but I don't know much about it. SW is the one for me as I know it works when you stick to it!

cool thanks people.
its not a pill suppliment thing vicky, its a diet composed as per your sugar glucose i believe.
it is expensive, £440 for 6 months i believe.

oh i agree judimac, i really do, i have been put forward to try this by my gp, but i am very dubious about it at the moment, and am curious as to if anyone has tried it or know of anyone who has tried it.
