Any one heard of diet sureslim?

I did have a brief look at their website but when i tried to find out any more - costs etc - i kept drawing blanks!

The nearest clinic to me is a 40 minute drive so i decided not to look into it any further.

I think they base the eating plan they recommend on a blood test. The fact i couldn't find out any prices makes me think it would be expensive :)

Let me know if you do find out any more and/or decide to give it a go!

Good luck!

Well that's less than £20 a week - so cheaper than a meal replacement plan... BUT, you've still got to buy food!!

But then it is more than a gym membership which could be more beneficial.... if you make the effort to go!!

Swings and roundabouts i guess!!

I did something very similar Dr Cohens 3 years ago... it was based on blood tests & I was told what food I could/couldn't eat. I lost 6 stone in 4 months but had severe colon trouble. I know some friends of mine have done sureslim but have put the weight back on as it is really restrictive which is the problem that I've had too.

Best of luck with it. x

Hey ladies!
Please let me try and put your mind at rest Dagbird...I started Sureslim back in April (and was dubious just like you, it is a considerable financial investment afterall). I have now lost just over 2 and a half stone and have NEVER felt better. Despite the fact that we've been on holiday in between, I've found it so easy to stick to and the plan has become a part of my life. Sure, when you think of spending £400 odd pounds it seems crazy, but if I think back to how much I've spent in the past on diets that either don't work or I've put on even more weight than before, its been more than worth while. I've been chatting to my consultant (I have support over the phone as I dont have a local clinic (and also the other SS ladies on their own forum)) as I'm nearly at my goal weight and was a understandably a bit nervous about maintaining my weight loss - they have Lifestyle Plan which helps you to do this and I think I can safely say now that I CAN DO IT :)
Sorry to waffle on and all but I cannot advocate this plan enough and would recommend it to anyone (in fact my mum and cousin are both on it as well now!). I'd be happy to try and answer any questions you have about it....
