hi everyone seems to talk about mushrooms on ss+ i asked my cdc she said no to mushrooms, some other cdc s seem to say they were left off the list, could you clarify please kd ,

there were left out the book! YES YES YES to mushrooms!
I loved having them cooked in a frying pan with no oil with a bit of balsamic vinegar that reduces in the pan and it was lush!

I had mushrooms on ss+ put them under the grill they were lovely..

thanks everyone, would like a big mushroom with a little spinach and cottage cheese, maybe a splash of balsamic, will try this now xxx
