Exercise and SS

Think gentle toning and resistance training can help, but too much cardio exercise can actually cause the weight loss to slow down on ss. remember we're on so few calories that the diet alone gives good loses.
 
My loss slows the more I exercise. I have STS this week after upping it massively. I used weights during SS and then introduced cardio the closer I got to a normal BMI, as I'm not as bothered about losing now as getting fit and toning.
 
i'd count running to the bathroom every 10 minutes as good exercise, i have 2 flights of stairs to dash up at home its like an aerobics class
