Syn value needed please

Hello,

Can one of you fine folks please tell me how many syns are in a Subway Chicken Teriyaki Salad on a red day?

I've looked on lifelineonline and all i can find is the value for the actual sandwich and not just the meat and thats 18 in total.

The sauce is
Subway Sauce, Sweet Onion 21g serving

So i just need the values for the meat if anyone can help?

Also - i've looked online and their isn't any nutritional info for their salads which is really naughty IMO.

Could you find out from your local Subway what they make/marinate the chicken in? If there is no fat added, it could be free. Would certainly be low in points anyway.
