Praline

Evening,

My OH bought me some handmade chocolate praline for my birthday last week and I am yet to eat any. It looks so good and im itching to try it tonight!

I know it would probably be hard to guage the exact syn value of chocolate that doesnt show the ingredients etc but just wondered if anyone would know the value of a 200g bar of praline?!

After searching, im going with the fact that 12.5g of Cadburys Praline is 3.5 syns. So ive just had 25g (two chunks) and taking it as 7 syns.
