Please can anyone tell me how many syns are in the Chickpea, yogurt and mint Tilda rice packet and also the new Butternut Squash one?

Hey Vodka monster
Have had a look in the syn section on sw website and neither of these seem to be on it i am afraid. Sorry can't help.x

Yeah, I couldn't find it on there either. Thanks for looking though. Was wondering if anyone had contacted SW to ask, or worked it out on the calculator thingymebobby...

I don't know but aren't rices and stuff that are put in the microwave usually syned cos they contain alot of oil?

they're on there and between 2.5 and 5 syns on a green day depending what you wany.
Select tilda and then just put in rice. They all come up

Thanks guys, but the two varieties I mention on my first post are not listed on the SW site.

SW have updated the online list of Uncle Ben's Express Rice with the new varieties, wonder why they haven't updated the Tilda one too?!
