Hi everyone! Just thought I'd document all my exercise and food throughout the week...some people might want to follow it if I'm successful!!!
MONDAY
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - chicken casear salad
Tea - chicken and bacon carbonara
LOADS of water
Exercise
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Nobody ever replies to me on here...am I doing something wrong?

- 3 mile walk
- 15 mins on exercise bike
- 10 mins on cross trainer (ouch)
- 20 ab curls
- 20 side bends
- 20 press ups
- general stretches
- 6 lengths of brisk walking in pool
- 30 lengths swimming
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
