hi i bought this today for lunch it contains fresh pineapple, melon,kiwi and mango. does it have any syns ? really hope not as i have been eating them regularly as free .

i hope not too, I eat packed fresh fruit salad regularly (especially if it is on a yellow sticker!), cause it saves on the preparation!
