I don't know if anyone can help me...
We only have Iceland over here so I don't have access to all the lovely Aldi, Asda, M&S etc ready meals, does anyone know of any Iceland/Birdseye ready meals that are zero/low syn or any main brand tinned meals like Chicken Curry, etc :eat:

I know all this would be listed in the latest Free Branded Foods Book but we don't have consultants over here to buy it from and Amazon don't sell it.

Thanks everyone in advance of your much needed help.:sign0009:
