Afternoon folks!

Im eating as much superfree foods for the next 2 days as possible and im just after a bit of advice.

If i have any meat or fish or pasta etc, would you recommend i weigh these in HEB size portions or just continue to eat freely as if i was on a green or red day?

Im not doing purely superfree, i just wanted to eat more of these foods.

So far today ive had:
B - 2 x weetabix (HEB), banana, Milk (HEA), tangerine

L - Quorn minted lamb fillet, roasted bns, pepper, onion, courgette, baby plum toms, mushrooms, mullerlight

S - coffee, splenda, 4 x skinless chicken drumsticks.

Not sure what im having for dinner yet but i have plenty of quorn products, plenty of salad and veg to use. I've kind of comitted to having a red day today but ive only had the chicken drumsticks so these are minimal.
