Well even though it was a day early ive managed 5lb!!!!! Very happy with that hope for similar next week but as its aam will have to see!!! Good luck to everyone else with weigh ins.
 
Have to admit it was only tuesday to friday ssing!! Had bad day sun and monday so just hope it doesnt catch up with me but im very determined now!!
 
Well done, dont worry about weigh in after aam the portions of food are so small you should still see fantastic results,
 
Darent tell you what I had on bad days as dont want to set bad example to you all!! Lets just say 1 day involved a takeaway and the other a pub meal and lager!! But I know it could make things go completely wrong but for some reason it got me back on track!!
 
Ah, I see! I guess even when you cheat (not just you, but everyone) you would still be eating a lot less than you normally would be so perhaps would still lose weight?

I soooo want to eat!!
 
Possibly, well in my case definately I suppose I used to consume thousands of cals per day to get so huge but it can be a real bugger getting back on track afterwards so whatever you do dont give in!!! Just think what I could have lost this week if hadnt of had those things and Im sure I would have been happier with an extra couple of pounds gone than what the food made me!

Im up at 6 most mornings now, it was never heard of for me to stir before alarm at 7.15 before so Im sure it must be!!
 
I think the sleep thing is because carbs make you sluggish and the 100% nutrition gives you so much energy!! I always used to be up early, as I need to with the kids, but now I don't grumble, and practically get going the second I get out of bed, instead of having a pile of toast and three cups of tea before getting moving!!!
