Im turning into spotty mal-doon (sp) LOL

I dont usually suffer from spots, but my god, Ive gotton 2 huge ones each side of my chin - (just in time for birthday - lol)

Could this be diet? Perhaps in a week or so I will turn into a beautiful butterfly!!!

Actually was pleased today, walking into tesco, had to click my jeans belt over a notch.. how cool is that!

Great feeling having to tighten the old belt a notch isnt it!!!
Maybe your system is detoxing with all the water and hopefully your skin will settle.

Yup I had a break out of spots at the beginning of LT, but after that my skin cleared up great!!

put some toothpaste on them to go to bed, they'll almost be gone in the morning x

the good old water is obviously flushing out your system...definitely a beautiful butterfly by next week hun!
