Do you mean if someone has given you reputation?
It should pop up at the top of your page...on the right where it says 'welcome [your username]' in bold it will say '1 new reputation comment'. Click there...
If that's not there, go to your UserCP and it will be at the bottom of the page - 'Last Reputation Received'
