I bought these from tesco and wondered if anyone could tell me the syns? I'm just about to have some with a mixed salad and haven't had any syns today. Thanks in advance!

i'm pretty sure they are free if they are the cooked mini fillets?

Yes they are the cooked ones but I wasn't sure if they'd be free or not because of the stuff on them.
