Hello all
Well the title says it all doesn't it !!!
My last post on here was probably to tell you about my Brothers wife who died suddenly on 23rd June.(They had only been married 7 weeks) Well i haven't done cambridge since then becaused i have had so much stress i haven't even given it a thought.
After my the shock of losing Linda we really didn't think much more could happen but, but two days before the funeral her ex husband (now known as the money grabbing Pig) accussed my bro of poisoning her so the coroner had to recall the body and the police pulled forward toxicology tests which usually take 8 weeks. They spoke to my bro and said they thought it was malicious but had to investigate and not to worry. WORRY you are under suspicion of MURDER, Don't Worry. Anyway they got the results back and as we all knew they proved negative and told us Linda had died of a stroke causing cardiac arrest at the age of 46. So the funeral didn't go ahead until 5 weeks later. During this time my father has got progressivley ill with his heart and needs a triple bypass and valve replacement and then my sister told me she has aggressive breast cancer (she found the lump two days after Linda died) So all in all its been a pretty harrowing couple of months. Things seem to be turning a corner now. Dad has a date for his op 14th September and my sister had a Single Breast Masectomy last week and lymph glands taken. She has since been told it was in only one of the glands of the ten taken and that she can begin 6 doses of chemo and then 5 weeks of radiotherapy in the next couple of weeks. But also the good news for her is she has some kind of receptor which means she will be able to have Herceptin too. She lives overseas and is having her treatment there so i am hoping to get to see her soon. My brother is going next week for a long weekend.
I have just had two weeks in Greece and feel refreshed and ready to start again so i have made monday coming my start day.
I have noticed how well some of you have continued to do and Lunar Jim well done you 79lb is fab. Curlywurly well done at getting to goal honey. I will catch up with the rest of you over the next few weeks but can i say thank you for the support you gave me when Linda died.
Love to all
