I have just bought some Sainsburys Be good to yourself plain ricecakes (you know, the big round ones),and I was trying to find out whether these were syns or Hexb? Can anyone shed any light on this?

I'm pretty sure they are syns, but something silly like 0.5 or 1 syn each cos they're just like parcel packaging. Let me whap up me trusty old SW website and see if they're on there for you... x

They are syns, the fiber content isnt high enough to be healthy extras.
