I tested the limits yesterday

We took the boys to KFC for lunch and I was in self-destruct mode and thought "What the hell - a 3 piece meal please!" :break_diet:

But then I decided to still take my tablet regardless. OMG Nothing happened for a long while - about 4 hours in fact - but when I had to go I HAD to go and it was not nice

Completely serves me right of course

Glad you enjoyed it and at least you know they are working. Last week I ate far too much for supper then had a mars icecream and bar of chocolate. Was kicking myself after so waited and waited and....nothing! Other times I look at an apple and im at the toilet lol

I think it's always best to know what the side-effects are like - it generally prevents a repeat performance!
