i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !
hi i am going to one 2morrow on the annual church outing and as i am bringing my own sausages i have got that bit covered . the only thing is we are going to mauds on the way home (tradition) and everyone will be getting pooh bear or something nice . i really want to lose this week as i have put on 2 consecutive weeks in a row . does anyone know what the syns would be on a small cone of pooh bear would be ? :p
thanks

If you know the nutritional value I will syncalculate it for you on the website? xxx

Oh hun I just looked on the website and Mauds do sorbet, which would be a bit lower in fat. I would say that if you simply MUST approximate this for syns, have one scoop of sorbet, which is normally around 100g, like those little tubs of Hagen Daazs and things are 100g. I think the book says 28g of sorbet is 1.5 syns so... approximate value of one scoop of sorbet will be around 7 syns. I always overestimate if i'm approximating... so I would count 8 syns for a scoop of sorbet, just to be on the safe side.

What does everyone else think?

I think you will be fine to include it as 8 syns Hun. Enjoy it!

OMG - I used to LOVE this. We used to get this so much when I lived in NI. Nothing has ever come close to Maud's Pooh Bear ice cream since then. (with a fudge stick in...)
