I have been doing cambridge for 3 weeks and i feel as though it is working and i am sticking to it well.
I keep getting comments off people about how the weight will just come straight back on afterwards...how are you maintaing and does the weight go on quickly when you stop?
I have another stone and half to go and want to do this by July but don't want to pile it back on.
